Plastering and making good

Plastering is specified as its own trade, not as a quick patch before paint. Skim coats to walls and ceilings, replacement ceilings, drylining repairs and making good after damp or building work.

Rooms are protected before work starts. Furniture and floors are covered, and the area is left ready for decoration or for the client’s own decorator.
